High/Low Key Photography

This year we experimented with both high and low key portraits, I honestly had an amazing time photographing both these images. For my high key I used my very good friend Emily and she is honestly one of my favourite people to photograph, we have fun and its always very natural. She is photogenic and just loves to do crazy poses! As for my low key, I used someone that I have known for a long time, but never worked with professionally and I’m glad to say our minds work wonderfully together, this girl is an amazing model. You can tell she has a passion for it, which is why she is actually trying to pursue this as a career, unlike Emily. Lauren Marie Panicali is a great model to work with and I hope to work with her again very soon to create more beautiful images. As usual I like to make sure my shoots are laid back, fun, and full of laughter. I always like to make sure the experience for the model is a positive and stress free one! The moment I hear stuff like “one of the funniest and pressure free shoots I’ve done” (says Lauren) makes me feel amazing and reminds me why I love doing this as much as I do.

School days

As much as I sit there everyday complaining about wanting to go home cause I’m sick and tired of sitting in class listening to lectures all day I realize that majority of the time I honestly don’t do much while I’m there! HA! If it wasn’t for the greatest person that I met first year of college it really wouldn’t be as eventful as it is. We spend more time on photo booth taking silly pictures of ourselves than anything. And I’m just glad that I made a great friend that is there everyday to make me smile and have a great time. Never a dull moment at school!

Those annoying people you always hear talking and laughing non-stop ya, just remember, that’s us…Try spending a day with Ashley and Manny, I don’t think you would last…
